METHODS TO CHECK THE BLOUSE DRAWING AFTER PRINTOUT

Before Making a Blouse Cutting, Must Check the Below Points After Receiving the Printout

1. BLOUSE BACK DRAWING AFTER PRINTOUT

2. BLOUSE FRONT DRAWING AFTER PRINTOUT

3. BLOUSE SLEEVE DRAWING AFTER PRINTOUT

4. BLOUSE BELT PIECE DRAWING AFTER PRINTOUT

 

                         Method To Take Measurement From the Customer - 2
                                          DIRECT BODY MEASUREMENT

    5. SLEEVE LENGTH

                 Hand height should be taken from the solder sleeve edge to their sleeve height requirement. 

    6. SLEEVE ROUND 

  Hand loose should be taken from the customers where their sleeve height ends.       Don't leave any loose. EXAMPLE = 12”

        Take The Sleeve Loose as Per the Customer’s Measurement For Ordinary Blouses,                     

For  Model Sleeves Like Cap Sleeve And Petal Sleeve Sleeve Round, Loose Can Extend By .5 Inch.

7.  MIDDLE HAND LOOSE

  This measurement should be taken in the customers middle hand part without leaving any loose. EXAMPLE = 12”, take The Customer Measurement As Per The Middle Hand Loose. This Middle Hand Loose Should Not Less From The Sleeve Round, And Should Not Exceed From Above 1.5 Inch From Sleeve Loose. The Both Measurement Can Be Equal Also.

8. FRONT NECK HEIGHT (DEPTH)

This should be taken from the front side. The neck deep minimum should be 1/2 “down from their body armhole line. The tape should not take by cross; it should be straight.

EXAMPLE = armhole 5 ½ + ½” = Total 6” Minimum neck height should be 6”.

Please Check the Front Neck Height Measurement with Customer’s Center Chest Measurement, 

For Body Loose 26-30 = Front Neck Height 5.5 Inch

For Body Loose 31-36 = Front Neck Height 5.75Inch; 

For Body Loose 37-38 = Front Neck Height 6 Inch; For Body Loose 39-43 = Front Neck Height 6.50 Inch; For Body Loose 44-49 = Front Neck Height 6.75 Inch.

Measurement Can Increase Or Decrease From .50 Inch From The Above Measurements. If This Measurement Exceeds From The Above Rule, The Neck Width Will Be Less, So The Blouse Will Not Set Perfect.

9.  BACK NECK HEIGHT (DEPTH)

     This should be taken from the back side. The neck deep minimum should be ½” down from their body armhole line. The tape should not taken by cross, it should be straight. Back Neck Height Can Be Down From Minimum .5 Inch From The Front Neck Height. The

Measurements Can Be Changed according To the Customer’s Choice.

EXAMPLE = armhole 5 ½” + ½ = Total 6” Minimum neck height should be 6”.

10.WAIST LOOSE (ROUND)

             This should be taken from the front side where the last hook will be hanging. This measurement should be taken very tightly with the customer. While taking this measurement, Customer will tell no need of this much tight but for perfect blouse the measurement should be taken like this tight only. EXAMPLE = 29” Waist Loose Can Be Less From 4 Inch Upto 10 Inch From The Body Loose Measurement.

Example – Body Loose-40= Hip Loose May Be = 36-30, Hip Loose Should Not Be 29 To 37.

 11.   FRONT DART POINT

       This measurement should be taken from the front side from the top of the shoulder to their front point center, this measurement should be very accurate.   EXAMPLE = 9”.

If The Customer’s Blouse Leaves The Point Center Sharp, Less The Front Point Center Height Or If The Customer Does Not Require Sharp, Less The Front Dot Height Measurement By 1”. 

While Taking Measurement if Customer in Kameez Top Dress,                                                    then Less This Front Dart Point by .5 inch to 1 Inch, as per the Customer Measurement.

 12. FULL SHOULDER

                   This measurement should be taken from the Back side from the left side Shoulder Bone to Right Side Shoulder Bone, this measurement should be very accurate. EXAMPLE = 14.5”.

13.    ARM ROUND

                            This Measurement should Be Taken from the Arm Circumference of The Customer, While Entering Middle Hand Loose automatically the Arm Round Will Appear.

            Method To Take Measurement From the Customer - 1
                           DIRECT BODY MEASUREMENT

1. LENGTH

         This measurement should be taken from the customer at the back side. First correct the customer blouse without any wrinkles now take the measurement from the shoulder top to their blouse. Height don't leave any folding cap for stitching gap height = 13”.

   

    While Taking Measurement, Extend The Height From Min 1inch To 1.5 Inch From Their Brasier Height. The Average Height For The Customers Will Be From 12inch To 14.5 Inches, Based Upon The Customer Height. If The Customer Height Exceeds From 14.5 Inch, The Front Patti Height Will Be Large, Then The Patti Will Bound To The Customers Stomach, So The Patti Will Be Fold, So Please Check With The Above Measurement.

 

2. UPPER CHEST

This should be taken from the customer's upper part of the chest, Under the arm. No loose should be leave on the tape, check the back side that tape is not in crosses. Take the measurement as round number like 32, 33, and 34. The measurement should not like ¼ ½ ¾. If we take Measurement Directly, Mostly will be Equal to Center Chest or Less From Center Chest, Will not Exceed the Center Chest. If Not taken can Be Equal to Center Chest or Less one Inch from Center Chest.

 

3.  CENTER CHEST

This should be taken from the customer's Center part of the chest. At the Dart Center Point. No loose should be leave on the tape, check the back side that tape is not in crosses. Take the measurement as round number like 32, 33, and 34.  The measurement should not like ¼ ½ ¾.

Don’t Let Loose In The Center Chest While Taking The Measurement, Less One Inch For Withour Lining Blouse. For Example - Actual Center Chest - For Ordinary Blouse (Without Lining) -30inch - 24 Hours Blouse, For Lining Blouse - 31 Inch.

 

4.  SHOULDER FINISHING

This should be taken from the customers blouse from the sleeve joint part to the next side finishing. This measurement will be like 2, 2 ¼, 2 ½. EXAMPLE = 2 ½”

Check The Below Measurements By Using The Customer Body Measurement. 

Customer  Shoulder Finishing Measurement Can Be Plus Or Minus 0.25 Inch From The Below Measurement. For Body Loose 26-30 = Shoulder Finishing 1.5 Inch

For Body Loose 31-36 = Shoulder Finishing 1.75 Inch; For Body Loose 37-38= Shoulder Finishing 2 Inch;

For Body Loose 39-43= Shoulder Finishing 2.25 Inch; For Body Loose 44-49= Shoulder Finishing 2.5 Inch.

Measurement Can Increase Or Decrease From .25 Inch From The Above Measurements. If This Measurement Exceeds From The Above Rule, The Neck Width Will Be Less, So The Blouse Will Not Set Perfect.
